1st - fill out this Google Doc so that our travel agent, Nadia, can send you the quote. Where it states "special requests" please enter in the dates you're interested in joining us, as well as which resort you'd like to stay in.

2nd - Nadia will email you with a quote - once you agree with the quote send in the $100 deposit to Jimena through Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. The link will be displayed on the top right of the quote sheet where it says "$100usd deposit per room".

3rd - look for flights and let the couple know once you have booked it. Send Nadia the flight number as well as times of arrival/departure. This will ensure that there will be transportation for you to and from the resort.

4th - March 1st one night's stay will be due.

5th - April 1st the rest of the bill will be due.

1º - completa este Google Doc para que nuestra agente de viajes, Nadia, pueda enviarle la cotización. Donde dice "solicitud especial de viaje", ingrese las fechas en las que está interesado y el hotel donde se gustaría hospedarse.

2º: Nadia le enviará un correo electrónico con una cotización; una vez que esté de acuerdo con la cotización, envíe el depósito de $100 a Jimena a través de Venmo, Apple Pay o Zelle. El enlace se mostrará en la parte superior derecha de la hoja de cotización donde dice "Depósito de $100usd por habitación".

3º - busque vuelos y avise a los novios una vez que lo hayas reservado. Envíe a Nadia el número de vuelo y las horas de llegada/salida. Esto asegurará que haya transporte de llegada y salida.

4º El 1 de marzo se deberá pagar una noche de estancia.

5º El 1 de abril se deberá pagar el resto de la factura.
