The ceremony will be held at 4:30 at the Kalamazoo First Presbyterian Church. The address is: 321 W South St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.

Cocktail hour will be held at 5:30 in the West Michigan Room (2nd level) of the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo. The address is: 100 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.

The reception will be held in the Arcadia Ballroom (main level) at 7:00 in the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo. The address is: 100 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.

Guests can either, pay to valet park at the Radisson, or they can park at the parking garage across from the Radisson (189 N Rose Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007). Bring your parking ticket with you to have it validated by one of the Radisson wedding coordinators. If you choose to self-park, there is a covered “walk across” to the hotel on the 2nd floor. We recommend you arrive by 4:00 to park and make your way to or into the church. It is a 2-5 minute walk from the Radisson through the park to the church. There is parking in the parking lot behind the church, but it is limited to approximately 40 cars. You may also park on the streets near the church. If the nearby church, Saint Luke's, does not have an event, you may park there too. We will have a shuttle between the church and the Radisson if there is inclement weather.

The ceremony starts at 4:30. We recommend you arrive by 4:00 to park and make your way to or into the church.

Please wear Holiday Formal Attire - We can't wait to celebrate with you and would love everyone to dress to impress in their holiday best. Suits or tuxes for the gentlemen and floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates for the ladies.
