Vow Renewal: May 3rd, 2025 Wedding Resort: RIU Palace Baja California We cannot wait to celebrate our 10th Anniversary with some of our closest family &amp; friends!&nbsp; We hope you can join us for our special day in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.&nbsp; We designed our vow renewal website to help answer any questions you may have about our vow renewal, especially regarding our venue, travel, and accommodations.&nbsp;At the bottom of this page, you will find important dates to plan your travel.&nbsp;As we learn more about the timing of vow renewal events and other vow renewal matters, we will update this website. &nbsp;Important dates:&nbsp; October 15th, 2024: Last day to book to join in on the vow renewal festivities and receive the discounted room rate.&nbsp;January 21st, 2025: Final hotel room reservation balance payment due.May 1st, 2025: Arrive in Cabo San Lucas

ABOUT THE RESORT:

The&nbsp;Hotel Riu Palace Baja California&nbsp;is located in front of the heavenly El Médano beach, on the south of the Baja California peninsula. Rooms are offered at a discounted rate.&nbsp;Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed.&nbsp;The sooner you reserve your room with a deposit the better.

1. Upon completion of the Booking Request, I will manually create your room reservation and apply your deposit.&nbsp;Please allow up to 48-72 business hours after completion of this form for Lux Destinations to finalize your reservation. &nbsp;Flight requests:If you note in the special requests that you need help with flights – I will send you a quote with current flight availability and pricing from the airport you provided.&nbsp;PLEASE NOTE: Flights will not be booked until I have received your approval via email that you agree with the pricing and flight itinerary that I have provided.&nbsp;Airfare MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL at the time a flight reservation is made. &nbsp;2. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation.&nbsp; 3. You can choose to make monthly payments, or you can choose to pay the remainder of the room reservation by the final payment date.&nbsp;

INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS

Room must be booked by OCTOBER 15TH, 2024 Final balance is due by JANUARY 21ST, 2025 You don’t have to pay it all at once! Book early and take advantage of the awesome payment plan! It is interest-free! All you must do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give DeAndria Wells with Lux Destinations permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room is due no later than OCTOBER 21ST, 2024, to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
