Rooms are offered at a discounted rate. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve your room with a deposit the better.

1. Upon completion of the Booking Request, I will manually create your room reservation and apply your deposit. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours after completion of this form for Lux Destinations to finalize your reservation.

Flight requests:

If you note in the special requests that you need help with flights – I will send you a quote with current flight availability and pricing from the airport you provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Flights will not be booked until I have received your approval via email that you agree with the pricing and flight itinerary that I have provided. Airfare MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL at the time a flight reservation is made.

2. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation.

3. You can choose to make monthly payments, or you can choose to pay the remainder of the room reservation by the final payment date.
