If you plan on booking through the hotel or an outside booking site, you must RSVP with the bride or groom by June 16th to be included in our guest count for the wedding.

We understand that you may need to modify your reservation after your room is booked. For this reason, there is no fee for the first revision of a room as long as it is completed before the final payment date. Any additional revisions, and revisions after the final payment date, will incur a $50 revision fee. Revision fees are non-refundable, even if you have insurance, and must be paid at the time of the revision. Revisions are subject to current resort policies, availability, and rates. Per the Refund Policy, deposits and payments made towards your trip are non-refundable.

Wedding colors: Sand and Sea! Dusty blue and warm neutrals (See color scheme below). Please remember that this is a family-friendly event, so consider that when packing your beach/pool wear. The highs in July are in the 90s and the lows are around 75 degrees. To the wedding: Destination weddings are a little more casual than traditional weddings. Since it will be warm, dress cool. For men, khaki slacks, linen shirts, and nice sandals are appropriate. Ladies, find a nice sundress or flowy pants with sandals.

A detailed Itinerary will be sent out a 3 weeks before the wedding. Thursday, July 18th there will be a welcome dinner. Attire is dressy casual. Friday, July 19th is wedding day! Please read "What to wear" for more details. Saturday, July 20th is excursion day: pack swimwear, workout attire, swim shoes, and gym shoes. We plan to go out on Friday night after the wedding, so please pack club attire if you choose to join us!

Day passes for off property guests for the day of the wedding are $179 per adult and $90 for children older than two. For the welcome dinner, night passes for off property guests are $129 per person and $65 for children older than two.
