Location

Our Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors at separate locations. Our Ceremony will be at: St. Matthews Lutheran Church Our Reception will be at: Victoria Park Pavilion

RSVP Deadline

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024, so we can get an accurate head count.

Dress Attire

Formal or Black Tie Optional attire and we ask no white.

Allergies Or Dietary Restrictions

Please ensure that when you RSVP if you have an allergy or dietary restriction you mention it when prompted. Our catering team will be doing their best to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions but we must be advised.

Capturing the Day and Phones

Please note that our photographer will capture every moment. During our ceremony please ensure all phones are Silenced and Away. Our Photographer and Videographer will be fully capturing the entire day. However, throughout the reception The Shaws will come around and make sure to get a photo with you.

Transportation

We will not be providing transportation, please prepare rides prior to the wedding and if drinking please plan in advance. We have placed the phone number to local taxi's in the area.

Parking at St. Matthews Lutheran Church (Ceremony)

Parking is limited at St.Matthews, however there is a parking garage directly across from the venue if you are unable to get a parking spot. If possible we recommend carpooling to ensure there is adequate parking spaces for everyone.

Parking at Victoria Park Pavilion (reception)

Parking at Victoria Park is limited, however there are 3 different parking lots on the property. Keep in mind Victoria Park is a Public park. If possible we recommend carpooling to ensure there is adequate parking spaces for everyone.
