The weather is chilly in the morning, gets warmer in the afternoon and chilly in the evening.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and electrolytes, apply sunscreen regularly to protect your skin from the stronger sun at higher altitudes, dress in layers to stay comfortable with fluctuating temperatures, and take it easy by avoiding strenuous activities at first to allow your body to adjust to the altitude.
