We are so excited to celebrate our nupitals with you! As you likely know, we are ‘new’ home owners to a spot in Weymouth, MA! We were fortunate enough to receive excess furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies from both our families to help get us started, but they have since reached their well-earned retirement. Many for a second time…
As we transition into this next phase of our life (marriage) we appreciate any help in building our first home. We know that one day, even if we've moved on to a new home, we will still be able to remember and cherish this time of our life, as well as the people who contributed to those wonderful memories. It was always so fun for us to hear the stories that stemmed from using the wedding gifts each of our parents received nearly three decades ago, and we want to share that with our future family one day too. We hope that these gifts will last our lifetimes as well and we will take care of them to ensure that is the case.
Each item listed is helping us to fill the needs in our home. Certain items are listed as top items, and these are either fulfilling our biggest everyday needs or have some significant meaning to us. For example, the coffee machines we listed will allow us to make our own coffee and espresso martinis at home (yay!!!). Admittedly, I also have some coffee envy from one of my groomsman, Justin. He has a depth of knowledge in making coffee that we very much look forward catching up on. *Edit* We are also super excited to share that we adopted a dog, Indy! She is an almost 2 year old Golden Retriever and so having the right cleaning supplies is now essential for us!! We added a photo of her to our story page :)
