Yes!, We have a shuttle that will pickup at Aloft and Fairfield Inn at 4pm and take guests to the church (approx 4:30pm arrival). It will resume taking guests after the ceremony to Twin Oaks (reception). The shuttle will be unavailable till 9:30pm which will be the first run back to Aloft and Fairfield Inn. Last run will be at 11:00pm pickup at Twin Oaks.

Yes. One of the staff members will be keeping up with the Derby and right before the race the DJ will make an announcement for those who want to watch to go to the other room where it will be on the TV.

Please wear something comfortable but also wedding-appropriate. Please do not wear the main color of green, pink, or tan as that is the wedding party colors.

Yes. The ceremony will be at the church. There will be a cocktail hour/time at the reception location after the ceremony.

Yes. There is a covered patio with direct access to the main room.

Yes. Cars can be left at the reception venue over night but must be picked up the next morning.

In Cincinnati there will be the flying pig marathon which will be on Sunday but there might be smaller races earlier. The actual derby is around 1.5 hours away.

We both love all of your children though due to space we ask that you do not bring children unless you have been told personally otherwise.
