Our Wedding

We went from being good friends in high school (Isabelle had a crush on John), to Isabelle moving to TN and John staying in NY, to John moving to KY and reaching out to Isabelle on Facebook, to hanging out again, to dating, to getting engaged, to getting married on May 2nd 2026.

High school friends to now getting married

Isabelle asked John to prom in high school and he said no. Then John asked Isabelle to marry him and she said yes!

No to prom but yes to life!

Krista and Isabelle met at Belmont University in the psychology department. They are best friends and have been there for each other through it all! Krista and Isabelle love taking road trips and singing to all different types of music.

Emilie is the only older sister of Isabelle. Emilie also goes by Mimi. Mimi took dance classes with Isabelle when they were little. Emilie enjoys watching sports, seeing musicals, and just spending time with Isabelle. Emilie's joy of nature has inspired Isabelle to take photos of nature.

Kelly is John’s younger sister. She enjoys playing board games and watching Survivor with John and Ize. We also enjoy trivia night.

Cody and John met at RWI Logistics where they were co-workers. Cody trained John when he started and they became friends. Favorite hobbies the two enjoy are billards, board games, and video games.

Cody McMillen

John and Nick are good friends from high school and had several classes together. Nick and John spent time playing Overwatch and watching movies both good and bad. They would criticize movies together and rate them.

Nick Gignac

Xavier is the youngest sibiling of Isabelle. Xavier and Isabelle do a lot together and are very close. Xavier and Isabelle enjoy watching the Nashville Predators hockey team. They both also enjoy building with legos, playing video games, playing board games, and watching TV.

Abiy is the second youngest sibling of Isabelle. He enjoys all types of sports. Abiy and Isabelle enjoy playing soccer, watching soccer and other sports, and playing video games or board games together.

Elizabeth is one of Isabelle’s younger sisters. Elizabeth and Isabelle have gone to many tennis tournaments throughout the years.

Eden is one of Isabelle’s younger sisters. Isabelle was blessed to be able to go to Ethiopia with her mom to bring Eden home to join the family!
