We kindly ask you to submit your RSVP by the first week of May.
Please refrain from bringing any additional guests not included on your RSVP. Additionally, we are opting for a child-free wedding. This is due to our limited ceremony and reception space, we want to ensure there is enough room for all friends and family! If either of these requests poses an issue, please reach out (john.mer.koenig@gmail.com) and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. We can’t wait to celebrate this day with you!

Parking:
* Please plan ahead time-wise for the walk to the ceremony.
Parking will be located at the Hamilton Holiday Orchard with a short two minute walk down the driveway to the ceremony location. If you think you may be unable to make the walk, please let us know on your RSVP. One of our fine parking attendants will assist in shuttling you to the house.
Ceremony and Reception:
The ceremony will be held in the backyard behind the Gillett’s home. Following the union, there will be dinner, desserts and a reception located next to pond.
Rain location:
Rolla CoC Family Life Center will be the backup rain location.
We pray for the skies to be totally clear on the 7th, but if rain persists with no chance of clearing then we will inform you before the start of the ceremony time with exact details. It is possible that the ceremony will still be held at the farm, then we will move to the center for the reception. Final official details will be posted here on the website the morning before the wedding.
Dress Code:
Semi-Formal attire. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory. Florals and summery pastels are highly recommended!
