Welcome Reception

Attire: Beach Casual, wear white!

Welcome to the party! We'll be hosting a welcome cocktail hour for all guests on Thursday before the wedding. Come get to know the crew! There will be heavy appetizers and live music. We are encouraging our guests to wear white for this event. Please add any tropical accessories you'd like (John's request).

Complimentary Catamaran Ride

Friday, May 10, 2024

10:00 AM–1:00 PM

Attire: Swimwear/boatwear

John & Brittany would like to treat their guests to a chartered boat ride on Friday, May 10. This event is NOT mandatory, but please let the bride and groom know if you'd like to attend. Headcount is required. This three hour boat ride will cruise along the coast for gorgeous views, and make a stop for snorkeling.

Attire: Beach Semi-Formal, colorful!

We wouldn't be who we are without all of you. Please join us as we celebrate our love. The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m. and will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception. We are encouraging our guests to wear color! Come in your boldest and brightest :)

Ceremony

Roman Gazebo

Attire: Beach Semi-Formal

The wedding ceremony will take place at the Roman Gazebo, located on the garden side of the resort. There will be water and fans available for guests, but please be aware that seating may be in the direct sunlight. We recommend you show up no earlier than 3:45 p.m.

5:00 PM–6:00 PM

Cocktail Hour

Manor Trellis

Attire: Beach Semi-Formal

Following the ceremony a cocktail hour will take place just steps away at the Manor Trellis. Mingle and chat with your new best friends before dinner! There will be a bar and light appetizers served.

6:00 PM–10:00 PM

Reception

Manor Lawn

After the cocktail hour, please make your way to the manor lawn for dinner and a reception. The bride & groom will arrive around 6:10 p.m. Dinner will be served promptly, with speeches happening at the same time. The dance floor will open up around 7:30 p.m. so bring your dancing shoes!
