How long will we be in Santorini?

Nick, myself, and the boys will be there July 7th or 8th through the 12th.

Where is the wedding?

It is being held at “El Viento” in Megalochori on the island of Santorini. Megalochori is located on the southwest side of Santorini (see map below).

How do I get to Santorini from Athens?

Fly: The flight from Athens to Santorini is about 50 minutes.
The airport to Megalochori is about a 15 minute drive.

Ferry: Use FerryHopper.com or other sites. The price ranges from $50-$95 depending on the style of boat you take. For the fastest ferry (SeaJets), the ride will take approximately 5 hours and cost $90-95.
For this reason, I would personally choose to fly as flights are $55-$90 and are much faster. However, if you plan to visit a nearby island before or after your stay in Santorini, a ferry ride may be your only option as not all islands have airports.

Swim: If you have the wingspan of Michael Phelps and the strength of Katie Ledecky, then you may swim.

But what would I wear!?

We kindly ask that you wear formal attire, black tie optional.

It’s getting hot in here…

Typically in the 80’s in July. The wedding venue is located on the cliffside facing the caldera so please be prepared for wind (this could be a blessing on a hot evening).

It’s all Greek to me!

The official language is Greek but the majority of people can hold proper conversations in English.
