The ceremony and reception will take place at Blue Meadows (4 Kuch Ct, Spruce Grove, AB T7Y 1A8). The ceremony will be located outside in a slightly forested area near the hall, while the reception and cocktail hour will be in the hall.

Yes, children are welcome to come. Please message us about how many kids will be coming with you. There is a playground beside the hall and a field reserved.

Due to space restrictions, only people who have been given a plus one on their invitations are able to bring a plus one.

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner and may not have enough food, drinks or be able to find you a spot at a table. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand.

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We will be having professional photographers capturing the whole day and would love to get some captured with you all. We are requesting for a semi-formal dress code, but most importantly we want you to be comfortable. Please note that the wedding will be happening in the summer and expect it to be hot. The only attire restriction is that we request you do not wear full white/creams/off-whites and reserve this for the bride.

There is more than ample parking on site, and you are more than welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if you decide to have some beverages.

Please do not drink and drive. There are many options to get you home. Please see the travel section for these options. Driver numbers along with the hall address will also be posted throughout the hall as well. If there is a significant number of guests staying at the River Cree Hotel and Casino I try and organize a shuttle service closer to the wedding date and keep you all posted.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find a seat.

Yes, we will be having a Toonie bar ($2.00 for an alcoholic drink). CASH ONLY.

Yes, we will be having a food bar during the cocktail hour, a delicious Ukrainian inspired dinner, desserts, and a midnight snack. Please contact Dylan or me (Jolayne) if you have any allergies and dietary restrictions for you and your guests or forever hold your bowels.
