We met in the summer of 2020 through mutual friends, but looking back, it feels like our paths had been crossing long before then. We both grew up surrounded by many of the same people and even participated in the same junior cheer and football program, the White River Wolverines. We like to think it was the "invisible string theory" that brought us together at the right time!

After we officially met, TJ asked Jolee to be his girlfriend in February of 2021. Some of our earliest memories include dates to Crystal Mountain to drift the truck in the snow, and riding scooters in Ruston Way. Since then, we have shared so many milestones: celebrating my high school and college graduation, moving in together, TJ buying his first house and us moving to Ellensburg, and unforgettable vacations to Lake Roosevelt, Las Vegas, and Costa Rica.

In December of 2024, TJ proposed at his grandparents' cabin in Naches, Washington. A place that means so much to us. We had often talked with his grandpa about getting married there someday, and although he sadly passed away a few summers ago, we're honored to carry out that dream and celebrate our wedding at the place that meant so much to him! And now to us!
