Guests may begin arriving at 3:00 PM, Please arrive a few minutes early to save a seat and be ready to go for the ceremony!

3:00 PM – Guest Arrival Begins

3:30 PM – Ceremony Commences

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM- Cocktail Hour

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Dinner Service

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Reception festivities

Venue Notes

Our celebration will take place outdoors in the beautiful mountain landscape during the fall season. While the scenery will be breathtaking, temperatures may dip in the evening. There will be space heaters but please bring a jacket or wrap to stay cozy and comfortable.
