Where is the venue located?

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM, but guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3:00 PM to get settled and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings.

What’s the dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. Think dresses, slacks, dress shirts, and polished shoes. Whatever makes you feel elegant and comfortable. Since the event is outdoors in the fall, we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay cozy as the evening cools.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Tacos and Beer, a local Mexican restaurant, will be serving delicious appetizers and dinner. An open bar will be available starting at the reception. Please note: while you’re welcome to order drinks neat, shots will not be served.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking signs will be clearly posted, and a friendly attendant will be on-site to help direct you.

Are children invited?

Children are welcome if they were included in your RSVP headcount. We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for details.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony to keep the moment intimate and distraction-free. However, we’ll have digital cameras on the reception tables, and you’re absolutely welcome to take photos and capture memories during the celebration.

Is there a smoking area?

Yes, a designated smoking section will be available at the venue.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date so we can finalize seating, meals, and other details. Your timely response is truly appreciated!
