IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND EXPECTATIONS OF OUR GUESTS
Please take a few minutes to read the following (All sections that are applicable) to prevent any injuries, damages, or extra fees that will possibly result in added charges to the couple if not understood and applied:
---
PHOTOS TAKEN FROM VENUE/PHOTOGRAPHERS:
The Venue will possibly be taking photos for COMMERCIAL USE at this event, which may or may not include you or your children. Please contact us if you have any concerns and or want your concerns to be shared with the owner directly, or if you have any questions.
(The photographers hired by the couple will only be taking them for personal use.)
CONTACT: jmwatson2025@gmail.com

FOR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS OF SMALL CHILDREN:
Please make sure your kids are kept ONLY within the premise of the ceremony and reception building. The property is large, with 18 acres all encompassing, including the venue owner's living space/house, and she has informed us that the area around is not secured to keep children out of harm. (Pipes and ditches sticking out in places, etc.) Please make sure they are kept within eyesight and do not wander across or past the paved road where you enter the property, thank you.
---
BE COURTEOUS AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF:
Any excessive mess left by guests (Such as excessive trash/left outside on the property, bathroom stalls not kept clean, etc.) will possibly result in additional cleaning fees for the couple. There is an expected level of PERSONAL HYGIENE when you use restrooms, and as much as possible we wish to keep the cleanup of the wedding party minimal, but more importantly so that we do not give an added stress and financial burden to our newly married couple after the event is over. That being said, we kindly ask that you would be responsible to clean up and or pick up after yourselves.
---
PROPERTY BOUNDARIES:
PLEASE DO NOT wander past bounds that are clearly marked for NO GUEST ACCESS within the facility.
(This is for your own safety, and the owner's privacy/storage and is not designed to be an accessible space)
You will be guided to the parking area out in the field when you arrive, and if you need special accommodations for closer access to the event we will have some designated parking for you out front.
That being said, please REMAIN WITHIN THE DESIGNATED RECEPTION AND CEREMONY AREA; the house across the road is also private and not to be explored/disturbed. If you have any questions while visiting, please see SITE SECURITY.
---
TERRAIN AND WEATHER
The Venue is indoor outdoor, but most of your time will be spent within the concrete paved building (We have a few small lounge spaces that are outside to enjoy, which are also paved); however, the ground outside has a lot of wood mulch everywhere, so it would be advised to wear thicker/boot-like heels and or closed toed shoes.
Stilettos will probably get you injured!
Weather will most likely be cooling down a little, but still warm: It is suggested that you bring a warm coat just in case it gets breezy, or colder in the evening. There is no air conditioning available, and if you are concerned about sun (There are not many trees for shade) a light sun hat or thin layer/parasol will help to not get burned during the ceremony.
---
NO ALCOHOL/SMOKING ALLOWED ON PREMISES
We are having a dry wedding, and will not tolerate any alcohol to be bought onto the premises. Our site security will be free to remove anyone they deem is not behaving properly or out of proper conduct, including if they disrespect the wishes of the bride and groom.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED BY THE BRIDE AND GROOM: the ground is very dry this time of year, and we will not risk any harm done to the property with this possible fire hazard, which would result in fines and financial obligations of the couple if any damages occur because they will be held responsible.
---
And most of all, HAVE A GREAT TIME!
~We look forward to celebrating with you all~
