The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, a nice button down or polo with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or a nice blouse with dress pants would all work.We invite you to join us in wearing our wedding colors, which include neutrals like beige, grey and dusty blue and slate blue but any neutral color will do! Please do not wear white. For photos, we ask that you avoid extremely vibrant colors. Our bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue and slate blue, and our groomsmen will be wearing grey or blue suits.

Dusty and Jordan first met in September of 2018. Their very first date was at Wasabi in Douglasville, where sparks quietly began to fly. Just a month later, Dusty invited Jordan to be his date to a family wedding—a night that marked the beginning of something truly special. After the celebration, Dusty officially asked Jordan to be his girlfriend.

How It Began

After two years of dating, Dusty and Jordan took a big step forward and bought their first home together in Rockmart. They shared countless memories there for nearly two years before deciding they needed a little more space. In May 2022, they sold their house and temporarily moved in with family while searching for the perfect place to call home. After a long and thoughtful search, they finally found their forever home in September 2024—nestled just outside of Rockmart in Paulding County, where their little family could grow and thrive.

The Journey

On Christmas Day 2024, Dusty had one final gift tucked away for Jordan. With love and a few nerves, he got down on one knee and asked the question that would change their lives forever. Jordan, stunned and full of emotion, could hardly believe it—repeating, “Are you serious?” through happy tears. Dusty smiled and asked once more, “Well, are you going to marry me or not?” With a laugh, a joyful heart, and a resounding “Of course I will,” she said yes. And now, here we are—ready to celebrate the beginning of forever.
