We love your kids - we really do! However, we want this to be your night off! Only a few kids of the family/ bridal party will be invited. If your kids are invited, their names will be specified on the invitation. All kids will be asked to leave the venue around 8pm.

Like spring anywhere else, you can always expect to see some rain. However, we’re hoping for clear skies! April will typically be in the low to mid 80’s (26-30 degrees Celsius) and nights will drop to about 60-70 degrees (15-21 degrees Celsius).

If you’re an out of town guest, buses will be provided from the hotel blocks. If you are local to Austin, we ask that you get a ride share or have someone drop you off. Please note that driving to/ from the venue is NOT allowed as part of our agreement for extended bar hours. Absolutely no overnight parking at the venue allowed.

Austin is a pretty casual city! Most people wear sneakers, jeans, and casual tops out. While we are in Texas, most people don’t actually wear cowboy boots and cowboy hats out. If you have them, go ahead and bring them! It’s is still common to see them around town. Aside from your outfit for the wedding, please pack cocktail attire for the welcome party, plenty of SPF (that Texas sun is no joke), and a few bathing suits.

Nope! You can book your own hotel or Airbnb. We will be arranging a bus that stops at the downtown hotel and then the SW Aloft before going to the wedding for out of town guests. You may take the bus or arrange your own ride but in order to take the bus, you will have to go to either of the hotels.

If you're looking for a hotel, we recommend staying downtown (west of I35 and east of Lamar Blvd; south of Martin Luther King blvd and north of Lady Bird Lake). If you're looking for an Airbnb, we recommend staying in South Austin (Ideally, north of highway 71 and as close to South Congress Ave; east of MoPac and west of I35).

Weddings are expensive y'all! Plus ones will be specified on the invites coming out around August/September time.

We recommend cocktail attire for the welcome party. No dress code for the post wedding breakfast, and we recommend wearing your swimsuits and coverup to the party barge (please bring a towel and remember to BYOB)!

Please wear your your swimsuit and coverup (you will be allowed to swim). Remember to pack sunscreen, a towel, and your drinks & water. Drinks will NOT be provided on the boat but there will be coolers to keep your beverages in.

Austin Garden & Studio 1209 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702 11am-1pm

We will be going to the post wedding breakfast (for out of town guests only), followed by a little bar crawl through Austin from East 6th to West 6th street. This unfortunately, will not be kid friendly following the breakfast. Around 7:30pm we will be heading to the Broken Spoke for two step dancing & lessons ($25 cash at the door for dance lessons starting at 8:00pm). Broken Spoke is the oldest two stepping hall in the city who has had some of the most famous country artists performing on their stage.
