BEFORE ARRIVING...
Please download Uber, Lyft or both. The public transport is very limited and will only get you around downtown or north to the Domain. You will have to take a ride share app to/ from the airport (unless you're planning on renting a car - we discourage this if you're staying downtown).
International Guests
‘Ello Englanders! Texas is so excited to host few more funny accents. We recommend flying into Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). British Airways has direct flights from Heathrow to Austin. However, you can also fly into Dallas or Houston as they are both large international airports and about a 3 hour bus away.
We also recommend arriving at least 2-3 days in advance (Tuesday or Wednesday) to shake off the jet lag and also partake in a welcome party for out of town guys. Welcome party will be hosted the night of Thursday, April 10th 2025. More details to come!
Buses will be provided from the hotels below to and from the wedding. Please note Austin is six hours behind UK time.
US Guests
Howdy Y’all! Pack your dancing boots, you’re coming to TEXAS! We recommend flying into Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) only 15 minutes outside downtown. However, if you want to make a trip out of it, you can fly into Dallas (3 hours), Houston (3 hours), or San Antonio (1.5 hours) and rent cars for the drive. We recommend arriving at least 1-2 days in advance (Wednesday or Thursday by 5pm) to get settled and partake in a welcome party for out of town guys. Welcome party will be hosted the night of Thursday, April 10th 2025. More details to come!

Aloft Austin Southwest
This hotel is 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Jordan and Anna's house (welcome party for out of town guests), and 20 minutes from the venue. We will hanging around the bar at this hotel following the wedding reception and is probably the better option for people wanting to rent a car (free parking). This hotel has a pool to lounge at and is going to be the hotel Jordan and I will be staying at following the wedding.

Aloft Austin Downtown
This hotel is located in the heart of downtown and conveniently in the same building where Jordan and I met <3 This hotel is for the people who want to enjoy the bars/ nightlife around Austin. Please not that this hotel does not have a pool and parking is $65/ night; however, there isn't much need for a car in downtown Austin because everything is very walkable.
