I still haven't booked accommodation, what's the hotel deal now?
We've definitely had some challenges with hotels but the Ritz-Carlton have come up with the goods! They matched the original pricing we had with The Royal Lahaina. But, if you want to book there, you will need to book by November 3rd to secure the pricing they have offered. Visit their link below or call on +1 1808 669 6200

Where is the Ritz-Carlton? How far is it from the wedding venue and how can I get there?
The Ritz-Carlton is on the North-Western side of Maui in a town called Kapalua. It's around 15mins Uber to The Royal Lahaina.
For those that aren't renting a car, there are a tonne of Ubers and Taxi's still operating so you won't be short of options. It will be about US$20 to get there. There will be plenty of people you can share the ride with.
We've rented a car, is there parking at The Royal Lahaina?
Yes - there sure is parking at The Royal Lahaina. There will be signage to guide you on where to park.
What time should we get to the wedding?
The Wedding officially starts at 4pm, so our wonderful guests should arrive by 3:30pm so you can take some pictures and get yourselves seated. The ceremony should last no more than 30 minutes before we get to cocktail hour.
What time does the reception start?
We plan to have the reception starting at 6pm. This gives plenty of time for amazing photos as the sun sets at this stunning resort. Sunset is around 5:45pm-ish so check your phone on time so you don't miss it.
What are the bridal party colors?
We want everyone to come wearing what ever bright and colorful colors you want to wear!
But for those that really don't want to wear the same as the bridal party - the bridesmaids will be going with the pastel yellow.
Give me the golf update!
We have confirmed a big group round of golf at Ka'anapli Royal Course on Saturday, November 25th.
If you haven't already been in touch with him, please message him as we currently have 5 tee times from 10:30am to 11:10am.
For anyone arriving before the 20th, we will be playing Kapalua or Ka'anapali. Please message Jordan if you want to come along for the Monday round.
Is there somewhere I can donate to the fire relief and support the community?
Absolutely, Amy (our wedding coordinator) has recommended donating to https://mauiunitedway.org. In fact, if you happened to be planning a gift for us, we ask that you instead donate to this organization.
Can we still book a room at The Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows?
You sure can, there are still plenty of rooms and the employees in temporary housing will be there until mid October at this stage. If you want to stay at the resort and still need to book a room, please contact Kelsie at kelsie.hayase@royallahaina.com and let her know you are a guest at our wedding.
I want to book the Luau, is it still on at the resort?
Amy let us know that unfortunately the Luau is on hold at this stage and the hotel are unsure of when it will be safe to hold again given there’s a bit of fire in the experience. We will let you know closer to the date if the Luau is back on again.
What’s happening for Thanksgiving on Thursday 23rd November?
If you are in town on Thursday, The Mancino family will be celebrating Thanksgiving. More details to come.
Forget the wedding, I want to know about golf. Can we still play a round of golf?
The golf course is still operating and Jordan is busy planning a couple golf days! At this stage Jordan is planning for a twilight round of golf for some of you that are in town on the Monday 20th November, likely after 1pm. There’s also a second round for the FULL CREW(!) either Friday 24th or Saturday 25th. Club rentals are available for anyone not bringing their clubs. If you want to join - please contact Jordan directly if you haven’t already.
NOTE: If there are other days you want to play please contact shavens@troon.com or call the pro shop 808-661-3691. For the discount please let them know you are with the ‘Mancino Wedding’ so you’re taken care of. More information on the course is at http://wwww.kaanapaligolfcourses.com.
What days should we get there?
It's totally up to you!
As a guide, we are going to be in Maui, Hawaii from Sunday 19th November 2023 until Tuesday 28th November
What island is the wedding on? Where should I fly into?
Our wedding is on the island of Maui in Hawaii. The airport is Kahului Airport and the airport code is OGG
There are some airlines flying direct from San Diego or Los Angeles to Maui but might be a bit pricey. However, there are more cost-effective options that include a stopover.
For those travelling from Australia, you will likely have to fly in to Honolulu first and then onto Maui for a 40mins flight.
Do we have to stay at the hotel you are getting married at?
No, you can find many options in Maui. However we have a wedding discount of 25% if you would like to stay at the hotel of our wedding.
You could stay for a couple nights at this hotel or more - totally up to you!
Are there any other plans for the week you are there?
Of course! There is lots to do in Maui and at the hotel together as a group.
We will be planning a golf day, beauty day, bachelor and bachelorette parties and of course making plans for Thanksgiving which is the day after the wedding.
There's also a luau on the property if you would like to see some amazing cultural performances.
Stay tuned for more...
I can't come to the wedding - will you be mad at me?
No way! We understand that a destination wedding may not always be possible for people for many reasons.
While we will miss you celebrating with us, we know that you love us and are sending your well wishes :)
Will there be a registry?
Yes. Eventually. When we can focus!
Although, we don't expect anything from our guests except for love - so please don't feel like you have to!
When do I need to RSVP by?
We would prefer to have your RSVPs by 1st July 2023, but at the very latest, 1st August 2023. At the very vey very latest, 1st September 2023.
