July 13th is the official last day to RSVP. You can use the RSVP function on this website at any time by clicking on the RSVP tab and typing in your name. If you know that you are unable to attend the wedding we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

There will be a select few children in attendance above 10 years of age, if this applies to your family it will be clearly listed on your invitation. Please enjoy a date night on us!

We ask that our guests celebrate with us in cocktail/formal style. We recommend suits or cocktail dresses. No jeans please!

Both will be held indoors.

Valet is available at the posted rates. Street parking is also available. Guests of the hotel have discounted self-parking in the attached garage in the amount of $10.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4:00-4:30 pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

After the ceremony the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby before joining their guests for part of the cocktail hour. The cocktail hour will be located on the same floor as the ceremony. Please start the party with an appetizer and beverage and we will join you all soon!

Why yes of course! There will be select beer, wine, and spirits.

If it is wedding week and you find yourself with questions, we ask that you respectfully do not contact the bride and groom or parents of the bride and groom as they will be busy getting ready to celebrate with you!
