Yes! We've hired a shuttle service to be available the entire day to transport our guests between Silver Oaks Chateau and The Wildwood Hotel. It is a 54 passenger party bus, so please plan departure times from the hotel to the venue with this in mind. Please see the travel tab for more information.

Yes! Guests may choose to drive themselves or may utilize the shuttle service we are providing. Please see travel tab for more information regarding the shuttle service.

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at The Wildwood Hotel under the Welch/Williford Block. Guests must call to reserve a room. You must book by 9/20/25 to receive the discounted rate. There are a limited number of rooms at this hotel with our discount, so please book in advance. Please see the travel tab for more information.

Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be outside on the patio! Cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor accommodations. The reception will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly. There will be heat lamps and coat racks available for guests throughout the evening!

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when recording your RSVP. There is an open response question where you can provide this information for our catering staff!

Cocktail attire is preferred if possible, please. Please avoid jeans and tennis shoes.
