The Wildwood Hotel
We have reserved rooms at The Wildwood Hotel for our wedding weekend! Please call the Wildwood Hotel at the number above to book your room in our "Welch/Williford Wedding" block. Please note that you must call to receive the wedding discount. If you book online, you will not be eligible for our block rate per the hotel's policy. The policy also doesn't allow for check-in earlier than 4 PM, however, check-in will be available after the wedding if there isn't enough time to do so before taking the shuttle to the venue if you're only booking a Saturday room! All reservations must be made by 09/20/2025 to receive the discounted rate. Please book in advance to ensure availability as this is a boutique hotel with limited rooms. Further, this is the only hotel the shuttle we are providing will service (see details below). Please let me know if you have any questions!
Shuttle Service
We will be providing a shuttle from the Wildwood Hotel to Silver Oaks Chateau to transport our lovely guests! The shuttle will begin transportation from the Wildwood Hotel at 3:30 PM on 10/25/25. There will be only two pick-up times before the ceremony begins to bring guests from the Wildwood Hotel to the wedding venue. Those will be at 3:30 and 4:00 PM. It is a fifteen minute drive to the venue. The shuttle will be available at the ceremony to transport guests back to the Wildwood Hotel throughout the evening. The last ride(s) will be to bring guests back to the Wildwood Hotel when the reception concludes for the evening at 11 PM. T
If you choose to not utilize the shuttle service, there is parking available at the venue. The owners of Silver Oaks Chateau expressed to us that it can be difficult for guests to find an Uber or Lyft to pick them up at Silver Oaks Chateau at the end of the evening. If you plan to utilize a ride service platform, I recommend to pre-schedule a pick-up at the end of the ceremony at 11 PM. Please let me know if you have any questions!
Drury Plaza Hotel
Though our wedding block is with the Wildwood Hotel, the Drury Plaza also offers great accommodations and is near the venue. The shuttle service will not provide transportation from this hotel.
