What time should I arrive before the 4pm ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 3:45pm, as we will begin promptly at 4pm.

What is the dress code?

Please dress in cocktail attire. Refer to the photo at the bottom of this page for examples of cocktail attire.

What is parking like at the venue?

The venue offers free parking in a gravel lot.

Will there be transportation provided?

The ClubHouse Hotel & Suites provides a free shuttle on a first-come, first-served basis if you book a room in our wedding block. Visit the Travel page on our website for more details.

Can I bring a plus one?

To keep our celebration intimate, please RSVP only for those listed on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed to your family, kindly RSVP for all immediate family members.

Should I bring a gift to the wedding?

We’re so excited to have you with us on our special day! If you’d like to give a gift, please use our registry, as it will help with post-reception clean-up. Your generosity means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate together!

What food will be served at the venue?

Bluestem Catering Company will serve a pasta bar with the choice of Santa Fe Chicken Tortellini or Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese, along with Caesar salad and breadsticks.

I have a dietary restriction. Will there be a meal provided?

We want to accommodate all our guests! If you have a food allergy, please let us know on your RSVP, and we will work with the caterer to arrange an appropriate meal. While we will be offering a carefully selected menu, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions related to allergies or vegetarian preferences.

What are your plans for the honeymoon?

We’ll vacation somewhere in the Caribbean the week after the wedding! We're looking forward to adventures like scuba diving, zip-lining, hiking, biking, and more!
