Toronto Pearson International Airport
You MUST have a valid passport to travel to Canada, and it should not expire within six months of your travel date. If you need a new or renewed passport, start the process early as it can be lengthy. For more information, visit this link.
Flights should be booked to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Direct flights:
American Airlines, United Airlines, and Air Canada offer direct flights from Dallas (DFW) to Toronto (YYZ). Prices may increase closer to the date, so book early!
Other options:
You are able to fly to Buffalo/Niagara (BUF). From Buffalo, it's a 2-hour drive to Toronto. Alternatively, there's a train from Niagara/Buffalo to Toronto, but it takes over four hours. Both options require a passport.

The hotel in downtown Toronto is about 30 minutes from both our venue and Toronto Pearson International Airport. We encourage everyone to stay at this hotel, as we have a discounted rate, making it cheaper than other nearby options!
Discounted Block Rates:
Single King bed: $319 CAD (~$235 USD) per night
Two Queen beds: $339 CAD (~$250 USD) per night
The rates and booking link are available until May 7, 2025. After this date, rooms will revert to standard rates and you will not be guaranteed a room! We have reserved rooms from Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, to Saturday, June 7th, 2025. If arriving on Thursday, June 5th, adjust your check-in date accordingly.
For stays before June 4th or after June 7th, the hotel offers the discounted rate for a few extra days if there is room available. Should you want to extend your stay, please first book the three nights (June 4th-June 7th) using the link. Then, please contact Matt (Matt.Scriven@hilton.com) through email with your confirmation number and which days you would like to add. If the hotel has availability, he can add those nights for you!
