Alicante airport will be where you disembark. From here there are taxis, uber, and cabify that can be used to get from the airport to the hotel. Refer to the Q&A page for information ETIAS.

From Raleigh to Alicante, we usually use American Airlines who partners with Iberia on the European side and book directly with the airline or via travel credit cards.

If you have a layover in Madrid, you can opt to take the train from Madrid to Alicante if that is something you prefer.

Electronics: Similar to other countries, Spain does have a different outlet and power source. These can easily be found and bought by looking for a “Spain Adapter”.

Phone: Most people choose to use their phone when only on Wifi when traveling out of the country. However, if you prefer to have internet and messaging access at all times then reach out to your phone provider for international service plans. You could also buy a SIM card in spain for your phone which will give you access. Personally, we go through our phone provider and use an international plan for $10 a day.
