We ask that you wear semi-formal apparel.

Heritage Prairie Farm is a farm venue. The wedding ceremony will be held in the rustic barn. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors/greenhouse. The reception will be held in a five-peak century tent. There will be a fire pit and s'mores station, cigar lounge, an area where you can pet the goats that live on the farm, and yard games (giant Jenga, bags, etc..) Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Heritage Prairie Farm. Once the ceremony has ended, guests will move onto the grounds/greenhouse to enjoy a cocktail hour/yard games/appetizers. Then guests will move to the tent for the reception.

We have added a list of hotels in the Travel section of our website. We have blocks at Comfort Inn and Suites in Geneva, as well as at Quality Inn & Suites in St. Charles. Both have free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and will pick up guests at the end of the reception.

The venue has a gravel lot. It is located right next to the barn where the ceremony will be held. It is smaller, but can hold many cars. We encourage guests staying in the hotels nearby to utilize the free shuttle service.

As much as we love your children, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21, with the exception of the kids in the wedding party. We apologize if this is any inconvenience to you.

As much as we would love the extra company, due to space restrictions we cannot give everyone a plus one. Your invite will have the amount of guest allowed for your party. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
