WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. Also, RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
CAN I BRING GUESTS/+1'S NOT NOTED ON MY INVITATION?
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail hour attire for our evening. Wear whatever color you like (I think black IS a wedding color!). But, please, do not wear white.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We love all your little ones! However, due to many factors, including limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation.
IS THERE PARKING NEAR BY?
There is plenty of parking at the venue. When you arrive, there is a gate. Once you get through that gate, you will follow the road until you reach the parking lot! Please let Matt and I know if you require any assistance from the parking lot to the ceremony site. There is a very minor hill from the parking lot to the ceremony site. A golf cart is available for assistance.
WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
We will be serving a salad for our appetizer. For our entree, we will be serving chicken and beef.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY BEGIN?
Please be at the venue by no later than 4:30pm.
WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION OVER?
Boo, the party is over? The reception at the venue ends at 11pm.
ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING, WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
You may call the mother of the bride, Rhonda, or the mother of the groom, Linda. If you would like their numbers, please let Matt and I know. But PLEASE, do not contact the bride or the groom!!
ARE THERE ANY COVID PROTOCOLS?
Currently, our venue does not have any mask regulations. However, please note that the groom has a medical condition that makes him more susceptible to COVID and all of it’s variants. Masks are encouraged if you deem it necessary. Your best protection to help yourself and the groom is to get vaccinated. If you have any questions, please visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus. You may also visit www.primaryimmune.org for any questions on CVID.
