Right down the road from Auburn is the beautiful town of Skaneateles. There are a variety of shops and eateries that are sure to suck up a few hours of your time while you wait for the big event! Check out the Chamber of Commerce's website linked here for even more ideas.
Great food, great drinks, great vibes! Just don't get arrested. We've got a wedding to pay for, and there's no leftovers to bail you out.
Need to get your shopping needs in order? Destiny USA's got you covered! More clothing stores than you can wrap your mind around, an IMAX movie theatre, fun family activities, even a Lego store! Damn, this place has it all!
The one and only Rehearsal Dinner location! This wonderful restaurant serves amazing wood-fired pizzas and has a uniquely cozy atmosphere. We recommend everyone attend there while they wait for the event of the century (move over Meghan and Harry!)

The month of October is the peak of Fall season in Central New York. For that reason, a place like Tim's Pumpkin Patch could be a great pre or post wedding activity for the whole family! Grab a bite, enjoy the Fall weather, and picking pumpkins is a must!

The atmosphere is extremely cozy, and they serve a variety of different food and drink options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This is one of our favorite places to go in town. Great woodfired pizzas made with local ingredients, specialty drinks, greenhouses, and sometimes they have live music on the weekends and trivia during the week!
Another great place to eat! It is a treat of a meal with amazing quality food. It has a cozy environment with several large fireplaces on one side, and a bright porch on the other side with large opened windows on beautiful days.
If you're up for the drive, this is about an hour away from Auburn, deeper into the Finger Lake region. The ice cream is made from duck eggs from the ducks on their farm. This is easily some of the best ice cream we have ever had. You can also interact with the farm animals after you've enjoyed your delicious frozen treat!
Outdoor seating, great beer, and live music and events make this a great local spot!
This is our favorite place to go for a special dinner or date night! Pro-tip: around the back of the building, the bakery serves soup made the day before for about $4/cup. You can call ahead and ask what the bakery soup of the day is. They also have great bread and baked treats.
