WEDDING DAY TIMELINE

2:30 PM:

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:30 PM to allow enough time for parking, finding their seats, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

3:00 PM:

The ceremony begins.

3:30 PM - 3:45 PM:

After the ceremony, the room will undergo a quick transformation from ceremony seating to reception setup. Guests will be asked to step out temporarily and are welcome to wait in the lobby during this time. Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the same indoor, air-conditioned space, so you won’t need to travel between locations.

3:30 PM - 5:15 PM:

While the wedding party and immediate family go for photos at a couple of nearby locations, guests can relax and enjoy the venue. Grab a drink, mingle, or play some games if that’s your style! You can also take this time to check into your hotel or step out for a break. We kindly ask all guests return by 5:15 PM at the latest.

5:30 PM:

The wedding party will return, and dinner and speeches will follow shortly after.

7:30 PM:

Once dinner and speeches are complete, it’s time to hit the dance floor and let the fun begin!

11:30 PM - 1:00 AM:

A shuttle bus will be available to transport guests between the venue and accommodations within Windsor city limits.

1:00 AM:

Everyone must leave the venue by this time.
