We have blocks of hotel rooms reserved at the locations provided below. The number of rooms are limited so be sure to book as soon as possible to secure a room at our discounted group rate!
For our out-of-town guests, there are several airport options to consider when traveling to Windsor. The closest airport is Windsor International Airport (YQG), just a 15-minute drive from the venue.
You can also consider flying into Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) in Michigan, which is about 45 minutes away. Please note travelling through Detroit will require a passport.
Other nearby airports include:
London International Airport (YXU) (~2 hours from Windsor)
Hamilton International Airport (YHM) (~3 hours from Windsor)
Kitchener-Waterloo Airport (YKF) (~3 hours from Windsor)
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) (~3.5 hours from Windsor)
If you're flying into an airport within Canada, VIA Rail Canada offers train service to Windsor from most cities. This is a great option if you don’t want to rent a car. You can check schedules and book tickets at viarail.ca.
For those who prefer to drive, there are many car rental companies available at all of the listed airports and in Windsor itself.

A minimum 2-night stay is required. Guests who prefer to stay for only one night can book at the regular rate. If you wish to stay longer than the block dates, the hotel may offer additional nights at the group rate, subject to availability.
There are 2 types of rooms available:
1) Studio Suite with two queen beds and a single pullout. Maximum occupancy of 5.
2) Studio Suite with one king bed and a single pullout. Maximum occupancy of 3.
Please note parking is available for $17 per vehicle per night (excluding HST).

Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel
1 night stays are eligible for the group rate. If you wish to stay longer than the block dates, the hotel may offer additional nights at the group rate, subject to availability.
There are 2 types of rooms available:
1) One king / one queen bed
2) Two queen beds
To receive the group rate, guests must call the front desk directly at 519-973-5555 to reserve a room by mentioning the Purdue-Chacon Wedding group and/or code 2507PURDU.
Please note parking is available for $20 per vehicle per night (excluding HST).
