The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.
Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors in the chapel. While the chapel does not have central air conditioning, windows will be open and fans will be circulating for comfort. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio next to the chapel, weather permitting. The reception and dinner will be indoors in the reception hall with central air conditioning. All walkways between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces are paved sidewalks (no walking in grass required).
Is the ceremony unplugged?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, and we’ll be happy to share the photos afterward. Guests are welcome to take as many photos as they like following the ceremony during the rest of the celebration.

Are hotel room blocks available?
Due to high demand in the area, we were unable to secure a room block at the Hampton Inn. We have secured a limited room block and discounted rate at the Holiday Inn Express. Details and booking information can be found on the Accommodations page of our website. We strongly recommend booking early, as availability is limited that weekend.

Neither of the hotels we recommend provides a shuttle service. We are currently exploring private shuttle options and will share updates if transportation becomes available. In the meantime, guests are encouraged to arrange their own transportation.
