The wedding is kid-friendly, however we do ask that you notify us in advance if you plan on bringing little ones or if you are planning on leaving them at home, via your RSVP. This allows us to properly prepare in the areas of seating and food.

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any additional guests that we have not pre-named on your personalized RSVP. We know that there may be additional guests that you would like to bring, however there is a limited amount of seating in the ceremony and reception barns, and we are at capacity. On the details card that was enclosed with your invitation, we mentioned the number of seats that we will have held for you, and we ask that you don't bring any more guests than the number that was written. We are looking forward to celebrating with those closest to us!

The ceremony and reception are both being held at Hudson Farm Barn in Urbana, Illinois.

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony in order to get settled and find a seat!

Our wedding day happens to be on the weekend of the Illinois Marathon, so we know that finding a hotel room may be tricky. Our parents have booked additional rooms at the Hampton Inn on Mission Drive in Champaign. If you are in need of one of these rooms, please contact Dan Held at 404-695-6026.

The dress code is semi-formal. Girls can wear nice dresses or pant suits. Guys can wear dress pants and a dress shirt, or a suit if so desired. Please avoid wearing jeans, and please avoid the color white in order to let Josie shine.
