Please arrive between 4:45pm and 5:00pm so that we can start promptly at 5pm. Note that guests cannot arrive earlier than 4:45pm.

RSVPs will be collected electronically. Once our wedding invitations are formally sent out, you can scan the QR code with your phone camera and be directed to our wedding webpage. You will then be able to follow the prompts.

Cocktail attire. For the ladies, knee length, tea length, floor length dresses. A thick heel is highly recommended - we will be on grass for the ceremony, cocktail hour and evening (there are lawn games and a fire pit). No white, cream or beige for the ladies please! Cocktail attire (jacket, slacks, and tie) applies for the lads as well. We'd just encourage something lightweight! We want you to feel your most confident and comfortable!

No, there isn't any room block. The hotels large enough to accommodate one would have had our guests too far away from the venue. There are a variety of options to stay in the area, including hotels in Hudson and Airbnbs around Philmont. We're happy to help if you need guidance finding a place!

Because parking space is limited, we encourage you to carpool where possible or consider utilizing one of the drivers we'll have on call.

We are coordinating with a group of local cab/Uber drivers to have them on call before and after the wedding for those who choose to utilize them. We'll be providing the contact information for them in the week leading up to the wedding, and anyone who would like to use them can call to arrange a ride service to or from the venue. There will also be some parking on site, for those who choose to drive. And some taxis and Ubers will be available, although possibly with longer wait times and less reliability than the drivers provided.

We will have cocktails and hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony, followed by a family style dinner (with vegetarian options too) on the deck. Open bar all night, baby. Hydrate accordingly.

While we genuinely love your little ones, if their names are not included on the invitation, we politely request you leave them at home. The only children present will be part of the bridal party.

We have limited space for our celebration with our closest friends and family, and therefore can only accommodate guests included on the invite.

We ask that you be fully present with us during this special moment, and turn off your cell phones and cameras. We have an amazing photographer and promise to share the pictures and video with everyone as soon as we have them!

Although we highly discourage it, we discourage unsafe driving more. So if plans go awry and you don't feel capable of driving, you can leave your car overnight. The car needs to be picked up the following morning by 9:30 AM.

Smoking of any kind, including cigars or vapes, is prohibited on the property.
