Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Fieldstone at Bench, in Beamsville, Ontario.

We suggest guests arrive by 4:00pm to allow plenty of time for seating before the ceremony at 4:30pm.

Fieldstone at Bench is located at Bench Brewing, so if you do arrive early, Bench is a great spot to grab a drink and small bite.

Timeline of Events

4:30pm: Ceremony begins (on time, Mikaela hates being late)

5:00pm: Let the celebrations begin! - cocktail hour commences.

6:00pm: Time to get seated for dinner! Open bar will close during dinner, however wine and draught beer will continue to be served. Wedding party enters, then the Bride and Groom will share their first dance while we wait for dinner.

6:30pm: Let's EAT! (Speeches will also take place during dinner & dessert - cue Mik's tears)

8:00pm: Bar opens back up! Parent dances before we open the floor for a wild night of dancing and drinks! Song requests can be sent to Mikaela prior to the day or submitted when you RSVP.

1:00am: Bar closes.
