If the weather is nice, the ceremony will be outside in the courtyard. As of 11/20, the weather looks to be 60 and sunny so we are planning for an outdoor ceremony. We'll post updates as the date gets closer. If the forecast changes, the ceremony could be moved inside at the Cider Gallery. No matter what, if you show up at the front door of the venue (Cider Gallery) then you're in the right place!

Explore Mass Street! "Mass Street" aka Massachusetts Street is the downtown strip of Lawrence. Most of the hotels we listed are on or near this strip and its walkable from the wedding venue. Pop into a brewery (Free State) or antique stores, grab your next book at the Dusty Bookshelf, or check out the many fabulous bakeries and coffee shops. More recommendations on the Things to Do page.

Kansas City BBQ! Due to the nature of BBQ, most of the dishes will be gluten free and dairy free (besides some sides). Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and our caterer will prepare a special plate for you.

Unfortunately, we are limited in the amount of seats we have available in our wedding and have had to make some difficult cuts with the guest list. We are asking that all children not part of the immediate family not attend the festivities. Babies under 18 months do not count towards our headcount and may come, but please note there will not be seats or special meals available for them so please plan accordingly.
