Guests can begin arriving between 3:15 and 3:30. We ask that all guests are in the ceremony area by 3:55. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. This will be an unplugged ceremony, so please turn off all devices and enjoy the wedding while our wonderful photographer snapshots our event. After the ceremony, Mr. & Mr. Metcalf request that bridal party remain at the ceremony area for photos. All other guests may exit and head towards the reception area to begin eating and getting refreshments.

While the bridal party take pictures, feel free to find your seat, then grab something to eat and drink. The reception will be in the building next door. Seating: We will have assigned seating, so we ask you sit at the table you and your party are assigned to. Open Bar: Signature Drinks- Joshua (Margarita on the Rocks), Jackson (Vodka & Pineapple Juice), Blake (Whiskey & Diet Coke), & Louis (Rum with Coke & Lime) Beer- Michelob Ultra & Coors Light Wine-Prosecco & Stella Rosa Red *Note: We will not be offering shots. All liquor must be mixed. **Note: We will have substitutions for drinks available! Just ask the bar tender! Dinner will be served buffet style! After you find a seat, get in line, grab a plate, and pick what you want! We will be serving Texas BBQ with tons of side options, along with sodas, teas, and water! Dessert will also be served! During the reception, there will be music for you to dance, photo areas, and much more! Come have FUN!
