Can I bring additional guests?
If your invitation has a name or "plus one" listed on the back, then yes. We ask you to only bring who is listed on the invitation. We can only accommodate those who are invited and plan to attend due to the venue size and food/refreshments being offered.
What is the attire?
Formal. Women: Dress or Pantsuit; Men: Tuxedo or Cowboy Tuxedo. The weather in the area over the last 5 years on this date has ranged between 50 and 70 without precipitation. However, keep in mind this is Texas, so please plan outfits accordingly.
Will transportation be offered?
Transportation will not be offered. We recommend using Uber or Lyft (or finding a designated driver), especially if you plan to partake in the open bar, so everyone remains safe. The venue also has policy that you cannot park overnight.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held inside with tables and chairs.
Am I allowed to bring children?
We love your kids, but we ask you only bring your child(ren) if they are listed on the invitation. However, we ask you do not bring babies. If you do bring invited children, please be aware there will be alcohol and partying at the reception.
What is the timeframe of the wedding?
The ceremony portion will begin at 4:00 PM. You may begin arriving at 3:30 PM and be seated by 3:55 PM so none of the ceremony is interrupted. The reception will end at 10:00 PM, and we ask that everyone has exited the building by that time (per venue policy).
Will there by hotel accommodations?
We will not be reserving a block of rooms, so hotel accommodations will be at the responsibility of the guest. We recommend staying in the McKinney area if you plan to stay over night, as it's only 20 minutes away. There are tons of great restaurants and places in the area as well!
Is there a gift registry?
Yes! The link is on our website. If you choose to bring a gift to the wedding, there will be an area to place them. You can also select delivery to our home on the registry.
How do I RSVP?
After scanning the QR code or searching our website, select the "RSVP" button and search your party's name. Once you have found your party, please mark the correct RSVP option. If you are having trouble, please reach out to us.
What type of food and refreshments will be served?
The selection we will be offering is listed on our home page under reception. Please note, we will be offering an open bar with a strict 21+ age policy. Further, security will be present and we will share with our bartenders to not serve anyone who seems incoherent/severely intoxicated.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
During the ceremony, we ask you take part in an unplugged ceremony to allow our amazing photographer to get every moment. We also ask to refrain from using your mobile device throughout the ceremony so there are no distractions. Once the reception begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
Can I post pictures from your wedding?
Yes! We would love to see your experience at our wedding on social media. If you want to leave a hashtag, here's our official wedding hashtag:
If I have questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
You can reach out to Joshua or Jackson leading up to the wedding day. We can answer any questions you may have. However, we will be listing contacts for any "day of" questions so the grooms can prepare for their big day without distractions.
