Start by calling Royal Caribbean Group Travel Services at 800-465-3595. Tell them you want to book a room for Group Name 'Josh and Ellen Wedding' (booking number 6889287). They will ask you for your general information. Select which type of room you would like (interior, ocean view, balcony, etc.) Submit a refundable $200 deposit per stateroom to complete your reservation. Group booking cannot be completed online.

When using group booking, full payment is due August 10, 2024. If you reserved a stateroom outside of group booking, consult your booking receipt. Full payments are usually due 90 days before the sail date.

Passports are not required. Since Labadee is Royal Caribbean's private island, US residents do not need a passport to visit. Guests who travel without a passport must bring a valid US ID and original birth certificate. Copies of birth certificates will not be accepted.
