Cruise on Independence of the Sea

Cruise Group Booking
Reserve a stateroom with group booking by calling Royal Caribbean Group Travel Services at 800-465-3595 and ask for group name Josh and Ellen Wedding with group number 6889287. Submit a refundable $200 deposit per stateroom by August 11, 2023 to reserve room. Group booking cannot be completed online. Final payments for group bookings are due August 10, 2024.
Reserving a stateroom with group booking will guarantee group rates, reserve a stateroom near other wedding guests, and receive $50 of onboard credit!
Missed the group booking, but still want to attend? No worries! Guests can reserve staterooms on the same cruise after group booking closes following the standard booking process. Here is the link to the cruise we are taking. Let us know when you reserve your stateroom and we will add you to our guest list.
Hotel Group Booking
Hotel group booking is now available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport the night before the cruise departs. Guests are able to reserve a room by calling 1-800-EMBASSY and providing the group code '90U', or by accessing the hotel group booking website here. Rooms are available for booking until 9/23/2024.
This hotel provides complementary airport pick up upon arrival, complementary made to order breakfast, and an evening reception. Additionally, a shuttle is available from the hotel to the cruise port for $12/ person.
Airports
When reserving return flights, we recommend guests to book an afternoon or evening departure flight to ensure they have enough time to get to the airport after disembarking the ship.
Guests are recommended to fly into the Miami International Airport (MIA).
Transportation
There are many ways to travel between the airport, hotel, and cruise port. Many hotels will provide shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. The hotel selected for the group booking will prioritize this feature. Guests who choose to stay at a different hotel or fly in the morning the cruise departs are encouraged to use 3rd party shuttles, ride shares (Uber / Lyft), or taxi. Renting a car is not recommended.
Passport Not Required
Since Labadee is Royal Caribbean's private island, US residents do not need a passport to visit. Guests who travel without a passport must bring a valid US ID and original birth certificate. Copies of birth certificates will not be accepted.
