To help make your stay as easy and stress-free as possible, we’ve set up a private payment link for each guest staying at The Hideaway to cover the cost of your room. The adjusted rate is $398 per person, and you’ll receive the link directly in your inbox—please keep an eye out for it.

Payments are due by May 1st, so please be sure to complete yours by then. If your plans change and youre no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This will help us avoid any complications, as we will be responsible for covering any unnotified cancellations.

Flight Information
Option 1: RDU to SJU, then SJU to STT
If you're flying from Raleigh-Durham International (RDU), your flight will include a layover, usually in San Juan (SJU) or another major hub, before continuing on to St. Thomas (STT). Round-trip fares typically range around $200-$250 when booked 1.5 to 2 months in advance. Booking earlier may result in higher prices, so we recommend securing your tickets within this timeframe for the best rates.
Option 2: CLT to STT
If you're flying from Charlotte (CLT), you'll be able to take a direct flight to St. Thomas (STT). This is the only airport in North Carolina offering nonstop service to STT, making it a great option for those who prefer a direct route. This flight is usually $200 round-trip.
Alternative Option: Local NC Airports to CLT
For those flying from smaller airports in North Carolina, such as New Bern (EWN), Wilmington (ILM), or Jacksonville (OAJ), you can book a connecting flight to Charlotte (CLT), and then take a direct flight to St. Thomas. These tickets generally cost around $400 total. While this may be a bit more expensive, it’s a good option for those who prefer the convenience of smaller airports over RDU.
Pro Tip: Cheat the system!
If you're flying from RDU, consider booking a flight to San Juan (SJU), then booking a separate flight from SJU to STT. The flight from SJU to STT typically costs only $20-$40, making it a very affordable option compared to booking a direct flight from RDU to STT. This option can save you money while offering more flexibility with scheduling.
Tips for Booking Your Flight
To compare fares and find the best deals, visit Google Flights and enter your departure airport along with your destination. Experiment with dates, especially 1.5 to 2 months from now, to get a sense of what pricing trends will be like in June.
