We have found Embassy Suites to be the most convenient and affordable location for an overnight stay! Embassy Suites offers a sizeable breakfast buffet every morning as part of your room rate. This hotel is located across the intersection from the Jasmine Room, the location of the reception.
Please note that it is very important to book your room as soon as possible. Once the hotel meets their capacity for August 9, they will start to book the rooms that are being held for us. You may always cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 2 days prior to the event.

Where should I park for the ceremony?
Grace Chapel has two parking lots. One is East of the church, across 16th Street. The other is West of the church. Park where it is most convenient for you!
Where should I park for the reception?
If you are attending the reception and staying at Embassy Suites, you will use the Q-Place Parking Garage, which is attached to the hotel by a skywalk. Parking is included in your hotel stay for an additional fee. Valet parking with the hotel is also available.
If you are not staying at Embassy, follow the instructions of your hotel, or we recommend the Market Place parking garage located at 10th and Q (one block north of the reception).
Can I give a speech at the reception?
We feel honored that you are considering! We kindly ask you reach out to one of us by July 1st if you are interested in giving a speech. We will not have an open mic but the DJ will be given a list of those who have previously contacted us. This allows us to plan our timeline appropriately and give everyone enough time to speak!
I have a dietary restriction, how can I make sure my needs are met?
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs! To submit a request, please fill out the RSVP form on this website. Within the RSVP form, you will be able to list your dietary restriction before submitting. If you are having any troubles completing this form or it is not submitted by July 1, 2025, please contact Joslyn or Patrick directly.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask our guests to refrain from all photography during the ceremony. A professional photographer will be capturing every detail, and we plan to make this content available to our friends and family. In addition, a video will be taken as we speak our vows. Please come enjoy the moment, be present and celebrate with us!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors.
Can I bring a guest?
To keep our celebration intimate, we've decided to limit our guest list to those named on your invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions.
