Q. When and how should I RSVP?

A. Please let us know by November 21, 2024. You can RSVP right here on the website by clicking the RSVP tab and entering your name. If you have any questions or encounter any technical issues, feel free to text or call Jaycee at (650) 984-0186.

If you RSVP'd “yes” but something unexpected comes up and you can’t attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us keep our guest list updated. Thank you!

Q. Can I bring a +1?

A. Please check your invitation for details on whether your plus-one is included. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Q. What’s the dress code?

A. We’d love for you to come in your best formal wedding attire—dress to impress and have fun! Our theme is gold and champagne, but there’s no specific color preference, so feel free to wear what you love!

Q. What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

A. The ceremony starts at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure you’re settled and ready.

Q. Can we take pictures during the church ceremony?

A. We kindly ask that you wait until after the ceremony to take photos. No worries—our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, and we’ll share those with you later!

Q. What’s the schedule after the church ceremony?

Church Ceremony: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Post-Ceremony: Picture taking with family and bridal party (30 minutes)

Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM at The Westin Hotel (please arrive at the hotel at this time)

Reception: 6:00 PM

Note: This will give you about 2 hours in between the ceremony and the reception to either drive to the reception venue, check in to your hotel if needed, or relax and do as you please.

Q. How far is the ceremony from the reception venue?

A. The ceremony will be at St. Augustine Church, which is about a 10-minute drive from the reception venue at The Westin Hotel.

Q. Will there be free parking at the ceremony and reception venues?

A. Yes, parking is free! There’s plenty of parking at the ceremony. For the reception, a validation QR code will be given to guests at the welcome table to receive complimentary parking.

Q. Will the food be plated or buffet style?

A. Dinner will be served plated, with your choice of steak, salmon, or a vegetarian option. We’ll also have meals for kids. Please include your food choice when you RSVP!

Q. Will there be alcohol served?

A. Yes, we’ll have an open bar for everyone to enjoy! We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Q. What gifts do we prefer?

A. Your presence is the best gift of all! If you’d like to give something, we’d appreciate any contributions towards our honeymoon fund. Thank you so much!
