What should I wear?
Formal attire, nothing casual. Wear any color, but please leave white for the bride! For the guys: Suit and tie, or nice dress shirt. No jeans or tennis shoes please.
For the ladies: Dress or long skirt. Please make sure to keep tops and dress lengths modest and appropriate (There will be kids!). No jeans or tennis shoes. Please refrain from wearing white; today is the bride's day!
Can I bring a plus one?
While we would love to have everyone bring a guest, due to limited space, we ask that only ones named on the invitations attend. However, if there is a special circumstance, reach out to us! We will just need to know who will be there ahead of time so we can accommodate.
Will there be a reception?
Yes! The reception will be held shortly after the ceremony and may last until about 8:30pm. However, we will not have our feelings hurt if you need to leave early!
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that all RSVPs be sent in no later than October 8th, 2025. This is just to give us enough time to prepare for our guests.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We will have an indoor wedding.
What food will be served at the wedding?
There will BBQ to eat, and we will also have a soda bar. Other options for drinks include: tea, lemonade, and water. And of course cake!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
We are more than happy to accommodate any needed dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Please call/text either Julia at (918) 934-7784 or Caleb at (918) 928-9294 to request dietary accommodations.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We recommend guests arrive around 30 - 40 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to drop off gifts, find your seats, and chat with other guests. Please do not be late! To avoid distractions, no one will be allowed in once the ceremony has begun.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome!
Is everything in the same location?
Yes, both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Rocky Meadow Farm.
Can I take pictures with my cell phone?
We will have an "unplugged" wedding ceremony (no phones). Please make sure all devices are on silent. We ask that no one take pictures or videos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer capturing all the best shots! During the reception, however, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available. There should be enough space for everyone; however, if it makes you feel comfortable, feel free to carpool.
Where should I drop off my wedding gift?
