Getting Here
Both the venue and the wedding block hotel are roughly 45 minutes away from Bradley Airport in Hartford, Connecticut.
While you can technically fly into JFK or LaGuardia Airport in New York, given the usual summer traffic we expect this would take 1.5-2.5 hours, so please plan accordingly.
We highly recommend traveling to Bradley Airport if possible, since it is closer and the price of an Uber or renting a car would also be more cost effective.
Where to Stay
We will be staying at and have a room block at the Blake Hotel in New Haven, Connecticut, which is about 15 minutes away from the venue.
We will be providing shuttle bus service to and from the venue, leaving from the Blake.
Other nice hotels that are within walking distance of the Blake are the Omni Hotel and the New Haven Hotel.

We have preferred rates for rooms with two queen beds for $299/night or one king bed for $249/night.
To book with this rate, you must call the reservations line at 203-390-5352 and mention the Chappell Simms room block.
The room block rate will apply whether you are staying one or two nights. In order to get the preferred rate, you need to book by May 21, 2024.
