Ceremony & Reception
What should I wear?
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dresses or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Think garden-style and bright colors - it's the summer!
Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.
Ladies, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white dresses and predominately white-patterned attire.
How long will the ceremony be?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm and should be no longer than an hour (those darn Catholic weddings!). All are welcome to attend our Wedding Ceremony!
Please keep in mind, while kids are welcome at our ceremony - many are not used to the length of Catholic mass. We kindly ask you keep this in mind while making arrangements for the day.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive and be seated by 12:50 PM in the Church. We would like to begin promptly at 1:00 PM.
How long will the reception be? Is there an after-party?
Our adult-only reception will begin at 4:00 with the Cocktail Hour, and the official reception beginning at 5:00. We'll be ringing the Chapel Bell good-bye at 9:00. There is currently no after-party planned, but who knows what could happen :)
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be indoors as will our reception. Weather permitting, the Cocktail Hour will be outdoors in the Garden Patio of the reception venue. The Garden Patio will also be open during the duration of the evening festivities.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be about two hour gap between the Ceremony and the Reception to allow for the wedding party to take photos and to allow travel from the ceremony venue to the reception venue.
What should we do between the Ceremony and Receptionn?
You are welcome to explore Montgomery, OH or Loveland, OH - the two cities in which our venues are located. The Bride's Parents will likely make a call for a local brewery get-together - more information on this will be released closer to the wedding.
What will the weather be like?
It's August in Ohio - it could be 75 degrees or 95 degrees on our wedding day! We will update this question as we get a better picture of our day.
Guest Information
How to RSVP?
To RSVP, please see the back of your invitation or go to the RSVP section on our website.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to size-capacity limits of our venue, we were limited in the amount of people we were capable of inviting and the number of plus-ones allotted. Your invitation will clearly state the names of who are invited and/or the number of spots saved for you to RSVP to.
Are kids welcome?
We have decided to have a kid-free reception! Leave the kiddos at home, and enjoy a night out.
Due to the nature of our day, we are understanding that childcare can be difficult to find for an entire day. Therefore, children are invited to our wedding ceremony at All Saints. There is ample time between ceremony and reception to get the kiddos home and then come out for the party!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Our registry has our address tied to it - so when you order online, it'll ship right to us! Cards and small items will have a location at the venue to be placed.
Food & Beverages
What's for dinner?
To be announced! Ryan and Jules are cooking up something real nice
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please reach out to the Bride no less than two weeks before the wedding. Any later, and unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Will there be an open bar?
There will! :) However, it will be limited to beer and wine, with Bride & Groom (and dog!) specialty drinks!
The venue has a NO SHOTS policy and will be upheld.
Travel
Where should we park?
Parking in Downtown Loveland can be difficult. Thankfully, our reception venue has a designated parking lot around the corner from the building. A map can be found on the Venues page of our website, and there will also be signage posted on street corners.
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
There is no transportation to and from the venue. We please ask that you make responsible arrangements for travel on our wedding night - whether that be carpooling, Ubering, or staying locally.
Is there a hotel block?
There are a number of hotels in the Cincinnati area to choose from. Due to the size of our wedding, we have elected not to set up a room block at any local hotels. Please see the Travel section on our Wedding Website for more details regarding hotels.
