Black-Tie Optional - spend the evening dressed up with us!

For Men: If you have a tuxedo, wear it! A dark suit and tie are also perfectly acceptable. For Women: A long evening gown is preferred, but a dressy cocktail dress is a great option, too. The bridesmaids will be in navy!

We love your children, but this is a 21 years and older event. We hope you use this time as a date night!

Yes. Due to the groom's intense opposition to First Looks, we will be taking photos in between the ceremony and the cocktail hour. The church is 0.5 miles (about 11 minutes walking or a quick Uber) from our reception space. Guests will have plenty of time to walk it, explore, or grab a drink in between! There are endless options on the way - outlined in the "Things to Do" section.

We understand that having our wedding on a Friday may be difficult with busy work schedules. That being said, we really hope that you do come to the ceremony. While we love a party, this day is truly about the commitment we are making in front of all our favorite people. If you can make it work, please do!

Our wedding will be indoors and in air conditioning. However, Chicago is usually hot in August, so plan accordingly!

Please see "Travel" for your parking options! We do not recommend driving to the actual events - Ubers / Lyfts / Taxis are plentiful, and Chicago is extremely walkable. Please do not drive after imbibing!
