Please arrive between 1:30 and 2:30pm to make time for shuttle transportation from parking lot to ceremony. There will be a bar open by the ceremony for all guests as you arrive to the location and wait for the ceremony to start!

Guests are to park at the BrightWoods Landscaping Shop - the driveway will have balloons at the highway and it is directly across from 9564 HWY 118, Algonquin Highlands, ON, K0M 1J2. There will be shuttles bringing guests to the ceremony from the parking lot.

Although Mark and Julia love your children, they regretfully cannot accommodate them at our venue. All invited guests will see their names listed on the invitation and listed as an option to RSVP.

It would be appreciated if everyone could submit their RSVP by May 31st.

The motel rooms will be blocked off until Friday May 19th and after that the room block will be released to the public to ensure they are able to fill the motel as it is a very busy time of year.

There will be a shuttle running back and forth to the parking lot to take the designated drivers to their car who will then drive around to the reception area to pick up their group to leave. The shuttle will start whenever the first group of people are ready to leave and there will be no shuttle to the parking lot after 12:30am. There will be zero tolerance for drinking and driving; the shuttle driver will not take anyone that is intoxicated to the parking lot. If you do not have a designated driver in your group, pre-arrange your ride home.

The ground will be uneven & mostly grass - wedges, chunky heels or flats are recommended.

Semi-Formal - but remember it is in the middle of the summer & the entire wedding ceremony and reception will be outside weather permitting.

There are linked hotels and B&B's near the wedding. There are also many Air BnB's around that can be booked (however, if that is what you want to do - you may want to book sooner rather than later as they will fill up for the summer fast)!! The ceremony will be moved to under the tent but please bring an umbrella if it does rain incase you need to walk to the washroom.
